birth control pills and likeliness of pregnancy.

ok, so i have been on birth control for years, but about 2 months ago i stopped completely for a month. i decided to stay sexually active so i went back on the pill. this is my 2nd month consecutively taking it.

this month, i accidentally dropped the little pill on the floor, couldn’t find it so i took the next one in the pack so i didn’t miss one. later this month i end up taking my pill, throwing up almost 30 minutes after and i took another one that time also. so now, im thrown off in my pack.

my boyfriend and i are pretty safe. this month he did NOT pull out twice, once towards the beginning of the month and once 2 days ago. i’m supposed to start my period this week but i’m already almost done with my sugar pills and i’m nervous i won’t get a period.

what’s the likeliness of me needing to get a plan b? i’m still in the 3 day window.
