HSG???

Question

My partner and I have been ttc for a year and some change with no luck. I already have a 6 YO. My gyno began fertility start up. My lab work looks good and egg count was fine. She said next step was HSG. I got it done today and the radiologist said my uterus, tubes, and ovaries look great with no abnormalities. Does anyone know what my gyno’s next step to helping me get pregnant will be? Or does anyone have any tips for conceiving after HSG?

Note: no my partner has not had his sperm tested yet. We’re researching some things before that step and we don’t believe this is an issue with his sperm. After my son was born, my ex husband and I tried for 2 years with no luck. Now my current partner and I have been trying for a year with also no luck. I was actually supposed to get this HSG X-ray roughly 4 or 5 years ago but always put it off bc tbh, I was terrified of bad news. I believe my gyno mentioned trying medication and that if that didn’t work THEN she would like to pursue examining my partners sperm count. Does anyone know if she will likely begin medication for me? If so, can someone who has used ovulation stimulant medications share their experiences??
