Anybody has any idea what this might be ?

We took him to the pediatrician and To a dermatologist, none of them can tell us what it is. The pediatrician said possibly scabies but the derm said no bc it’s not very itchy and it isn’t anywhere else on his body. (He doesn’t go to daycare). They had 3 doc at the derm check it out as well. We have a newborn at home so just want to make sure it isn’t contagious.

I always tend to keep this in my head when things like this happens not just in me but in my lil girl never scratch no matter what it is just keep that in mind and something to relive that itch feeling because I know that babies don't know and can't help but to scratch .. I would use potrolem gelly and just hope it goes away on it's own our bodies will do its thing ... I know this not probably what u looking to read but I would also check on what the first comment said.
