EBF: Period vs PP Bleeding
How do I know whether it’s my period or PP bleeding? I am 11 weeks PP and I’m EBF. But my baby has been sleeping 7+ hr stretches at night for the last couple weeks. My PP bleeding stopped at 6.5 weeks pp. I woke up yesterday to light bleeding. Enough to need a pad but no cramping, today it’s the same. A little bit more than spotting but definitely not my normal flow. Should I consider it a period?
