Er or no?

Yuck. I'm congested and just feel like complete (forgive my "dirty" word) SHIT. 
I can't wear my contacts and my glasses are too big for my face now so the fall off (lost weight) 
I was thinking about going to the dr earlier just to find out they weren't open, but the on call Nurse and my friend who is a OBGYN nurse said to take Tylenol sinus. That's not working if anything I fee worse! 
  Now my question would you go to the ER or no? I honesty think I need a Z pac!

I know you feel really awful but it's just congestion, not an emergency. Wait till you can see your dr, in the meantime take a hot steamy shower and sleep with a humidifier if you can. Keep drinking fluids and if you live somewhere where there are Jamba Juice's go get yourself an orange c wave.

I vote Minor Med! Also, I've heard you can call your OB & they can give you a z-pac prescription. I had the same thing this past week and finally caved and went to a minor med. after a z-pac, I am still congested but not miserable like I was before!

I'm Going through that same thing. My doctor said to use Afrin Nasal spray and I feel a hundred times less congested. She also said I could take an allergy medicine if it gets really bad.

Could be bronchitis and that's not something I'd wait on. I had it earlier in my pregnancy felt like absolute crap headaches fever congestion I couldn't even open my eyes because my head hurt so bad. I went to the er because it was after hours and my ob recommended for me to do so. If you have an infection of some sort it's not something I would want to put off.
