Very new ttc and not sure what to think of this!?

My husband and I are extremely new trying to conceive we both have never tried before so i am not sure what to expect or what to think of this? Am i just reading into this or is there an extremely faint line? I am two days past my period today and got this test result let me know what you think? Thank you for any feedback!!!
