I noticed that when I'm done putting on liquid foundation and loose powder to set it, it gets very weird and clumpy in some spots. It's kind of hard to explain idk anyway when I look close with makeup on my face I noticed little hairs. Is this normal? I'm Italian and Spanish and have hair ALL over my body so I guess I shouldn't be surprised but, I'm young so I do get acne. Therefore id like to wear foundation to cover it up. Help????
