Any idea what this could be?
They are small red dots and they aren’t raised so u can’t feel them and I don’t think they are “scabs” from her fingernails.
She just got them earlier today it’s just weird that it’s just on one cheek and they seem evenly distanced.
Also, she’s not bothered by them at all.
