If it was hours later is doesn't matter. She needs to retest and look at it within the time frame. I've had many negative tests show second lines hours later but was never pregnant.

If you get your tubes ties its not 100% they can grow back together. It happened to my dads sister. I personally don't see anything retest in a couple of days.
