6Dpo excruciating pain

Hi has anybody been 6 dpo with excruciating back and belly pain and went on to get a BFP.

Around 4dpo I noticed a slight little pain nothing noticeable so I paid it no mind . Yesterday 5 dpo seemed like it was getting worse and then out of nowhere I got this random sore throat. The cramps and sore throat kept me up all night. Today the sore throat is still there no matter what I do but this cramps have sky rocketed to another level. Pelvic and extreme back pain I have never experienced this since I’ve started tracking for the past two years. Has anybody had extreme pain idk if it’s implantation or what but I legit can’t move without crying.
