Conflicting pregnancy tests??

Af is 9 days late. It was due 6/4/2023. I’ve taken a few pregnancy tests since then and they’ve all been negative. So I called my obgyn who scheduled me to come in today for labs. I took another test this morning before work (FRER) and it was still negative. When I went to the doctor at 1p, they had me to provide a urine sample and told me I was pregnant. They still did labs for HCG and progesterone but I haven’t gotten those back yet. Based on my LMP, I’m 5wks 2day. I want to be excited but I’m so confused. How were all my hpts negative (different brands) but my doctor showed a positive the same day??
