IUD Pregnancy?!

I have three small kids and have had my Mirena IUD for a bit over two years. Pretty good symptoms here and there that come with it, and have had my period ever month, since I’ve gotten it. Some months were light and other were heavy. This month, my period is almost 4 days late. Yesterday, I had a small amount of brown discharge during one restroom trip and that was it. For almost two days now, on and off I have been spotting again, but a small amount. I took two previous tests but they come back negative.

I am now 7DPO

I’ve had a few pregnancy symptoms but I know you can also have the same symptoms with an IUD. Breast have been sensitive and it seems as if my nipples have grown. Lower back pain and of course, no period

I need someone else’s thoughts!!

I’ve had this light, pinkish discharge for about two days now, on and off.
