Food while pregnant
I have Been having a hard time eating / gaining weight during this pregnancy so I have just been swallowing my food whole. I’ll swallow whole entire raspberries, blueberries, beans, almonds , peanuts , olives etc. if the food is too big I’ll chew it once then swallow it. My boyfriend says it won’t hurt the baby but has anyone else experienced having to do this ? Did it cause issues ? I have issues when chewing and the flavor is released so it’s just easier to swallow whatever I can whole 😭
