So this is my first month doing bbt and I’ve been doing it as soon as I wake up, is it normal to have 4 days where your temp is basically the same?

Yep. Two things:
1) use fertility friend and also opks so you know when to bd
2) make sure you’re temping at the same time every morning (within 30min) before moving/getting out of bed
And yes that’s normal!

Relatively stable temps are normal. Fluctuating between full degree swings and stable temps is weird. Could be something you're doing or a problem with your thermometer.
