Is this Okay?

I know I'm supposed to watch my caffeine intake. Is drinking one of these every once in a while okay? I'm craving this tea all the time.

Yea it's ok! I forgot the caffeine amount but it's not a lot at all. Just don't drink them to excess. 😊 i love arizona green tea

You're supposed to avoid green tea in the first trimester because green tea specifically inhibits the absorption of folic acid. But you'd have to be drinking 4-5 cups every day. One of those occasionally is fine!

You can have green tea, it's just the caffeine. 1-2 cups a day max is fine or just get decaf
