Husband acting strange

Saturday June 17 my husband brought a pillow to his face sobbing his eyes out I asked if he was ok he said I AM FINE WHAT?!

I said ok I’m here if you want to talk

He messaged me saying he was feeling super down and needed to let it out and for me to not say or ask any questions EVER

So I didn’t

Well last night we went to my brothers for a BBQ I went in the house where my brother was he sat outside talking to my SIL

She came inside and she was like GIIIIIIRL something’s super suspicious he is talking to me like him his therapist, granted I’m a psychologist I can tell you everything he’s saying is very narcissistic it’s not coming from the heart it’s coming from head he’s all I’m a bad husband I wanna be better and I wanna be a better dad blah blah blah like I have NEVER seen this side of HIM before it’s very….suspicious and what he was saying is very narcissistic behavior

I said yeah he gets like this once every 4-9 months it’s very sporadic and then he subtly accuses me of having an affair like suddenly I’m on my computer too much even tho I’m working or he gets suspicious if I run to the store and it’s only during these times and he keeps bringing up this one chick at work too constantly talking about her every single day how they joke and scare each other and her venting to him and other stuff idk but last night he was crying and crying but didn’t wanna talk it lasts like a day if that then he’s fine

Allen hint at the BBQ he kept staring my SIL down and laughing at everything she was saying which was hella weird too lol

Anyone else find this behavior weird?
