How do you handle being temporarily ghosted

This guy I sleep with texts me everyday sometimes a couple times a day it’s been routine for 8 months

Sometimes rarely tho he ghosts for 2-4 days comes back like nothing happened and acts like I was supposed to know he was busy or whatever and when he ghosts he’s still online lol he’s still posting and whatever

I just feel indifferent like I have the ick over it I don’t feel much attracted to him anymore….communication in any relationship is important to me and he knows that and that’s his choice to disrespect that or not. Last time we had sex I wasn’t enjoying it much it was blah it wasn’t exciting it felt wrong

Anyways i was on day 2.5 of him vanishing when he reached out and said

Idk how to handle this do I ignore, do I say something?
