Could it be etopic pregnancy ???

My period lasted for a day then it was just spotting here and there now today I have a really bad side pain on my left side can has any one have this happen before ? If yes what was it . Also O don’t think It could be pregnancy since about 2 1/2 years ago I had my tubes tide . But I ‘am really concern I don’t discard the idea that it could be a etopic pregnancy since you never know but I have to wait till tomorrow to call my doctor
