Pms or pregnancy?

I'm 9 dpo AF not due until 1/6 and feeling very lightheaded, dizzy, hungry like crazy, bloated, breathing heavy and cramps here and there. Has anyone experienced this on their 9dpo pls share your experiences/opinion
