30 weeks with twins

and i’ve been loosing a lot of my mucus plug which i know grows back , but i’ve also been having a lot of braxton hicks contractions today that i have to stop and breathe through due to the uncomfortableness of them. i’m not hungry , sleeping restlessly but sextremely exhausted , no energy and starting to cramp quite abit. is this normal with twins ? this is my first twin pregnancy so i have no idea what to expect
