Hospital Wont Let Me Deliver b/c of BMI

Just had my first prenatal appointment and although the doctor was kind, she told me because my BMI is over 40 (it's 41) the small local hospital won't let me deliver my baby there. My previous birth last year was an uncomplicated vaginal birth and I used entonox but no other drugs. I know you cant predict, but I'm hoping this birth will go the same God willing. The doctor did say if i keep my weight gain low that maybe we can "keep the conversation open" about whether I can deliver there. The difference being this hospital is 30 min away whereas the next one is 2 hours away. Makes me nervous as my first birth was FAST (under 5 hours) and I dont want to be stuck driving for a long time and potentially deliver on the drive. I'm so nervous about this and its still so early in my pregnancy as I'm still in the first trimester. And I feel embarrassed to have this problem and feel ashamed to even tell my husband about the conversation!
