Help! Trigger Warning (MC) (Blood)

I delivered at 5months, a month ago. I bleed for 2wks, Stopped for two weeks, then bleed again for 4days. I finally had my period on the 9th of June, but the blood wouldn’t come down for a couple days, finally on the 11th I had my cramps and my bleeding came down. I bled for 9days. Now that I’ve stopped bleeding, I’ve had this horrible smell. It’s not a all the time smell, it’s only when I’ve had sex. It’s so bad, anyone have any remedies or anything. I told my doctor my test came back negative etc. but the smell is really a turn off and it’s only durning sex. Then there is blood still coming out after we’re done.
