3 week pp c section

Is this normal? It only looks like this on the right side not the left. I went to the doctor and expressed my concerns but she wasn’t the normal obgyn I see and I feel like she just wrote off everything I was concerned about.  There is clear non scented discharge coming for the incision site. I had stopped bleeding vaginally a week after the c section and then a week later I started bleeding again but a brownish pinkish and it’s light.
