Implantation?

My SO and I bd before and during my ovulation, waited a few days and again last night, sorry TMI.... but anyways I woke up today and was spotting pink/red really light and throughout the day got a little heavier. No clots or cramps like normal af. Also I would be 11 days early.. which is really strange because I'm usually dead on track aside from last month when I was 2 weeks late, that in itself was a little heartbreaker..

I tried googling because I need to know lol.. but I figured it would be better to ask you ladies :) also was wondering if it is implantation how long I would need to wait til I take a test ?

Honestly these last few months have been so irritating lol
