Every time I have sex or masturbate I bleed?

Anyone got any ideas why? 
I thought it was due to sharp nails or being too rough but even being delicate I can’t see to understand why. I’m not due on or anything.

I would ask a doctor just to make sure everything is okay.

Definitely need a trip to sexual health clinic as bleeding slightly after sex can be a sign of sexual disease.
Also some birth control can cause this!!

From experience there’s been a few causes for me:
1. A bc pill I was on was causing me to bleed after, told the doctor and they took me straight off it. 
2. Maybe not wet enough but I would see your GP either way!
