Night feeds - FTM

When did your little one stop waking for night feeds? We have a 9month old who is eating enough during the day. He has his bedtime bottle around 6.30pm and is asleep for 7pm. He usually wakes atleast once anytime from around 10pm up until 2am ish. If he wakes closer to 10pm he can sometimes wake around 3am and occasionally I feed him because I know he'll go back to sleep. Should i start weaning the night feeds? How would you go about doing it? I am due to go back to work and would love for him to sleep longer stretches.
