Cold symptoms bfp???

SO and I had sex every day during our fertile window. We have been TTC for 2 years. I'm a week (6 days) before my period is due and the last 4 days I have had a sore throat and stuffy nose and just feel like I have a cold. It came out of nowhere and I have heard of women getting sick right before getting a bfp. Anyone have this happen and get a bfp?? We are really praying this is our month!
