Anyone have bad knee’s after pregnancy?

My little girl is 3 months old and ever since I’ve had her I’ve had extremely bad knees more so when bending, or walking up over the stairs or even going to sit on the toilet! I was a smaller girl and I put on a total of 35lbs and I did work a job where it consisted of a lot of bending and stocking. I don’t have a doctor appt till next month and was wondering if anyone experienced the same?

A weight gain of 35 pounds can put added stress on your joints. Or, it could be a chiropractic issue eg your alignment is off from your spine going back into place post pregnancy, and youre compensating your balance/posture/weight distribution in your knees.

Not my knees but my back feels so weak and gets very sore. The arch in my right foot also fell and causes a lot of pain

Yes mine were awful until about 6-9 months after! Apparently it’s common due to the ligaments and everything relaxing during pregnancy and birth caused by hormones to allow everything to stretch, but then that also affects other joint ligaments too. Hope it improves soon!

Yes and painful feet. For a full 2 years after pregnancy! It was horrible. Eventually it went away. Now i have bad knees because 1 ... old and 2... pregnant at 37 on #4... yay
