pp recovery with no help and toddlers!

I just had my 4th Monday and I have a 5,3,1 year old at home.

Was discharged Tuesday and husband had to go back to work Wednesday.

I had a friend help watch my toddlers while I took my newborn to the doctor.

Day two of being alone with them and I just feel horrible, anybody else go through postpartum with other kids alone and survive? 😭

Any advice would help ..

please don’t judge, he had to go back and I don’t have any other help really
