Swelling?

I'm 24 weeks today and I've noticed that my feet seem to swell often. To the point I can't even wear shoes. And when I wake up in the morning I've noticed swelling in my face. Is this normal? I never paid attention to any of this when I was pregnant with my first but its also been 7 years. I've noticed it in my legs too especially if I'm sitting too long but there's times where its completely gone too.
