Baby making!!!!! & TIPS???

So, what are the odds we get a baby? Lol I’ve taken tests and got faint results and then ended up with negatives. I have been nauseous, had sore boobs, and light cramps, VERY tired, & lighted and hoping a baby is the reason why🥹 We just started trying and I’ve been off birth control for months now if it makes a huge difference, i don’t know😅 Just want someone to give advice on making a baby because its OUR first one. I have a 19 month old son and he has a 5 year old son. We’re hoping that us having a baby is gonna make our family complete and it’ll make both our families more connected. We really want this and are so happy to be trying🥰
