Losing weight
I noticed I had lost 10 lbs so I tried to bring it back up before my doctors appointment. I could only bring it up 6 lbs. my doctor said if I keep losing weight he'll have to yell at me. He suggested I drink ensure if I have a hard time with my appetite. My fiancé is on ensure after an accident so his mother just handed me one of his. It's not too bad.
