Early pregnancy or PMS symptoms?

I’m currently 10 dpo and have had BFNs since 8 dpo - I know I started testing too early and too frequently. This is my first month trying for our first baby, so I don’t have anything to compare to. I’ve had moderate sore breasts and light cramping since 8 dpo. Compared to my last cycle it’s a bit early for those symptoms since AF isn’t supposed to come for another 4 days, and I don’t think my breasts have ever been this sore this early. I’m afraid I’m overthinking the symptoms so I’m waiting to test again at 10 dpo then 12 dpo. Any advice?
