Hard to date?

I’m talking to this older guy 35 and I’m 23 and it seems like he only wants sex 2 a week or less we have different schedules. When he off I’m at work when I’m off ge has work.I’m trying to make it work but I’m starting to get frustrated. I can’t really see him when I have to come in we both work 3rd shifts. I come in 6:30pm to 5am he does 4:30pm to 4:30am . I tried going out like public date maybe for 4th July but he said no because it’s going be alit going on. What would you guys do?

Ps. I like him but it feels like I’m doing more to hang out I’m always planing days to come over
