Pains and bleeding after sex😭😭

So I had sex last night and when I got off of him I had the worst pains in my ovaries/uterus/vagina. And it didn't go away until like 4 hours later. And then we had sex again and I started bleeding a little from my urthea and then after we had sex again I went pee and I was bleeding like a lot. And my period isn't due for 8 days .. What's going on ??
