Just need some advice please.

Im only 6+2 weeks today but i went to hospital for a scan as before I fell pregnant I was really bloated for a few months. When he was scanning me he asked if I had had any bleeding I said no but he didn't say anything after that and at the end all he said was all I can see is an early pregnancy. Would he have told me if something was wrong with baby? Im only worrying cause he asked about bleeding and ive previously had 2 missed miscarriages. Am I overthinking this? TIA.
