Any advise on how to stop vaping???

So I’m 9 weeks and I have slowed down on vaping a lot but I haven’t stopped completely! Is there any tip or tricks you ladies can share with meee?

I know it’s not apples to apples but my husband was able to easily quit using dip by having nicotine pouches in his mouth. Maybe consider that? Especially if the main reason you struggle quitting is due to the nicotine addiction.
I’m so proud of you for trying to quit and I know you can do this. You are doing so much for yours and your baby’s health.

It’s so hard!  I go down to 0mg nic salt.  Seems to work.  And stay super busy.
