Symptoms?? 4 weeks today!

I'm not having any symptoms BUT sleepiness!! Anyone else not having many symptoms???

My doctor says I'm 4 weeks though I know when I ovulated which today would be 15 dpo. I haven't really had any symptoms other than heartburn, sore boobs (come and go) and that's about it. I don't even have any bloating which is worrisome to me. I had a mc Nov 9th, so I hope for the best.

Im Having Slight Pains But Nothing Un Managable I Know Its Because Everything Is Moving Out The Way To Make Room! Im Also Very Gasy And Sleepy And Hungry, My Smell Has Def Increased! Thats All For Now

I also can't sleep at night.  But I guess is because I'm still in shock and can't stop thinking about the baby.  I also get mild craps and get super thirsty all of a sudden

I get nauseous at night time and have tender breast. My other two pregnancies, I didn't have anything.

Yes tired ( taking an hour nap two days in a row. Very unlike me), cramping, acne, and increase in hunger. The symptoms come and go. I don't feel very pregnant yet
