So I'm 10 weeks pregnant with twins. I was in the ER a few days ago bc I started bleeding heavily. Had an ultrasound and both babies are ok both had a heart beat. Dr says it's called implantation hemorrhaging and that its very likely I'll have a miscarriage. I've been put on bedrest at least until the end of my first trimester. Here it is 3 days later and I'm still bleeding not heavy but like a light period. I've read that it's common with twins but I'm terrified. Has anyone else experienced this?
