Negative test but still pregnant

Have any of you ever tested negative at 10dpo and still been pregnant but your hcg still hasn’t been high enough to test that early? I’ve been having symptoms and signs also I believe I had implantation spotting two days ago, but I’m still getting very negative test. Has then happen to anyone else but ended up testing positive a couple days later??

I want this baby sooo bad. 😭😭

Symptoms I have been having: sore breast, nausea, lower back cramps and pain, spotting, diarrhea, and craving crazy things!
