I spent almost 4 years ttc my first baby, what worked for me was stopping a prescription NSAID pain reliever I had been on for 8 years. Once I stopped the medicine I got pregnant 2 months later. My husband and I both went through fertility testing and everything was coming back normal. I gave up on doctors and took matters into my own hands and found recent research on the prescription I was on that showed infertility as a pretty common side effect.

It took us 11 years with PCOS and low AMH. I changed jobs, went on holiday and got reallllllllllllllllllllllllly drunk 🤣
