Could i be pregnant? What is my body doing

I have a 6 year old already and i am currently going out with my soulmate. Recently my body has been doing some pretty weird things. First of all, i am on the mini pill. I have recently gained weight with no change to my diet or routine, my breasts have gone up a size and are tender to touch, i never get thrush or a yeast infection but the inside of my vagina felt swollen with white discharge and itched when i put my fingers in. Today i went to check on my vagina and felt something inside and thought what the hell is that ?? I can never feel my cervix but i can now, it feels low down it is soft and abit firm and the opening feels like big lips. I took a pregnancy test today although I am not due on for another week and we are convinced its says not pregnant. I have inserted a picture for your opinion on this, just to be extra sure I will be taking another test first thing tomorrow morning. What is going on with my body????
