Ovulation after Miscarriage

Is it possible I have ovulated 11 days after my miscarriage bleeding began? I was diagnosed with fetal demise with ultrasound on 6/20, when my bleeding began. My bleeding only lasted heavy for 3 days, spotted off and on til 6/26 when I had follow up bloodwork with hcg ~380 and ultrasound confirmed all tissue has passed, uterus was empty and returned to average size. I had a slightly faint line on a pregnancy test 6/29, but has been negative since then; my hcg dropped so fast.

I began using opk shortly after and got my “peak result” so far on 7/1. I am new to testing for ovulation. I always have heard you can ovulate 2 weeks post miscarriage, but when does that start from? Starting from day bleeding begins? When bleeding ends? Etc.?

I have had cramps frequently today, not sure what’s going on. I would be about 7/8dpo if ovulation tests were correct. Could I have implantation cramps? Could I be ovulating right now even though my test is very negative today? Any experience with this or advice please ! 🫣 Attached is my ovulation tests.
