Bad race day
So I’ve been training for a 8 mile race for about 2 months. Training went well I had no problem during that. We’ll today was race day an it completely went south. By mile 3 in a half I started having stomach discomfort. Than started feeling like I needed to throw up I had to stop twice to throw up an walk some jog some. Usually I do a race non stop an I feel so defeated today an disappointment in my run all that work out the window.
I just needed some where to vent to people that don’t know me personally. To some I know it’s not that serious but today just didn’t go as plan.
