When to start buying baby stuff!?

I have been debating so much on when to start buying baby stuff and what to buy? We dont know the gender yet I am currently 12 weeks and 4 days. Ladies any suggestions?

I've been keeping an eye out for good sales on big ticket items I'll need that will be gender neutral that I can use again with a second baby. Cribs, mattresses, car seats, etc. If stuff I like goes on sale for a good deal, I'll get it. But blankets and clothes and stuff I'm leaving until at least after the baby shower. That's the stuff everyone will get you, so why bother buying it all ahead of time? :)

I always start after the 20week scan once I know what gender the baby is x

Yes, start buying staff like blankets, nappies and little bits and after finding out gender but everything haha ❤️
