Can I be around baby when I have pink eye?

So I’m stressing out bc this morning when my baby woke up I noticed there was wetness around my eye but I didn’t think much of it bc I was half asleep I then proceeded to hand him to my mother in law when I did that I rubbed my eye on the outside of my hand & made his bottle & handing it to my mother in law fyi my baby boy always grabs the bottle when eating ..still not realizing until I looked in the mirror after all of this & saw some discharge & my eye just felt weird & saw there is redness on the outside of my eye 😭 now I feel like my baby is going to get pink eye regardless of not he’s lucky . Can someone tell me what I should do now? & if I should avoid being around my baby?

FYI . I have some redness around my eye & a lil bit of discharge around my tear duct also when I first noticed it in the mirror there was some yellow like wet discharge around my eye that’s all my symptoms
