When is ovulation ?

So, obviously the app isn’t always correct in determining your ovulation date, but for those who have found the app to be wrong, how far off was it?  A day? A whole week?  I’m only asking because I’m using three different apps to track my ovulation, and other than just measuring my cm, I really don’t how else to track it.  And measuring my cm every day isn’t very convenient for me, and I feel like I have no idea what I’m feeling for.

We don’t know if your not using opks to let you know when your about to ovulate and bbt to confirm ovulation and dpo. Apps don’t know your body and Cm doesn’t mean ovulating. If you add bbt you will know when you ovulated, dpo, luteal phase length (is from the day after ovulation to period which stays the same each cycle give or take 1-2 days. Average length is 12-14 days give or take 1-2 days.) when period is coming by temp drop or if you miss your period and your temp stays up then there is a chance for pregnancy
