Period length??

Question

So my periods usually last between 5-7 days and I'm due to start tomorrow, but it's mine and my boyfriend's anniversary on the 5th of January and I kinda need to be off it by then. Does anyone know any ways to shorten the length of your period? (Pills/hormones aren't really an option)

Eat fresh lemon!! It really helps, you can add sugar to make it taste better, it doesn't change the effects on you if you mix it with anything. I'd reccomend adding the juice of 1-2 lemons to a cup of boiling water and mix in some honey to make it taste better! Just try to get as much into your system as possible, it can lighten and even stop your period!! :)
