Help🙏😭 bleeding but positive pregnancy test!

Im on cd27 and my periods are usually every 22days. I tested positive 5 days ago but made no drs appointment cos 9 previous miscarriages. Today I have started bleeding and im not sure if it’s a period of spotting and I also done a clear blue weeks indicator test right after I noticed I was bleeding or spotting and it’s positive. What’s going on am I still pregnant is this not a period I’m so confused 😭😭
