Are there any childbirth education classes specifically geared towards natural birth?

Hey amazing moms-to-be! For those of us interested in pursuing a natural birth, are there any childbirth education classes that specifically focus on natural childbirth techniques and support? Let's share any resources we've come across!

My birthing center (attached to hospital) requires attending a natural birth course. It was very new age and annoying 😂 not very helpful. I am glad I prepared for BOTH a natural and medical birth. Highly recommend for all to learn both. Some women really want a medical birth and something weird happens and labor comes too fast and boom they have to go naturally and it seems equally hard for them to cope with the disappointment as a crunchy mom having an emergency. There’s a channel on yt called evidence based birth. Also Natural Mama, pretty sure she has a course if you don’t have a brick and mortar in your area.

I hadn’t come across any with my first in 2019 I just did research on YouTube there was a nurse/doula with a channel and anything you could think of pregnancy related she had a video about it if I find it again I’ll be back to comment but just search on YouTube there are plenty of people with tips and techniques to help you through the process & congratulations🫶🏽
